Your initial visit
Dr. Julia will review your intake forms during your initial visit in preparation for a comprehensive consultation and examination. This will include a deep dive into the function of your or your child’s central nervous system, utilizing an incredible technology called the INSiGHT Scans. These scans consist of three individual assessments designed to find, measure, and quantify how much stress and tension may be trapped in the autonomic nervous system. Dress comfortably and get ready to learn about achieving true wellness through chiropractic care!

Your second visit
During your initial visit, we refer to your second appointment as the "Report of Findings". It is essential for us to share what we have discovered regarding your health through chiropractic care, what we recommend, and most importantly, the reasons behind our recommendations. This is your chance to ask questions and explore various treatment options. We will also clarify the costs associated with treatments and discuss available payment options. We believe that well-informed patients are empowered to make the best decisions about their health! Please allow 45 minutes for your report and any wellness adjustments.
Subsequent visits
Once your chiropractic care plan has been established during your initial visit, you or your child will return for a series of treatments known as wellness adjustments. It is common to receive recommendations over the course of weeks or months. We chart progress over time, not visit-to-visit, much like orthodontia. These appointments take 5-10 minutes, and it's where the magic happens! The doctor will perform periodic re-evaluations and re-scans to provide a report of findings and track progress.
